You can view and manage your Isadora license information using the online License Portal for the following license types:
- Isadora 3 and 4 Perpetual Licenses
- Isadora 7-Day and 30-Day Rental Licenses
- Isadora 30-Day Temporary Licenses
- Isadora Monthly and Yearly Subscription Licenses
Note: The License Portal cannot be used to view or manage Isadora 1, Isadora 2, USB Key, or Sassafras licenses.

You can also access the License Portal from the Isadora 3 and 4 menu under Help > Go To License Portal….
While on the License Portal, you can:
- View your License ID and License Activation Password for your Isadora license(s)
- See how many activations you have available for your Isadora license(s)
- Remotely deactivate your Isadora license(s) on one or more computers
- Change the contact information associated with your Isadora license(s)
The License Portal is especially useful when you do not have direct access to your previously activated computer(s). For example, should you need to activate your Isadora 3 or 4 license on a new computer after replacing a computer (or on the same computer after reinstalling your operating system/replacing some of the internal hardware), you can use the License Portal to deactivate your Isadora license on your old system so that you can activate your Isadora license on your new system.
