Yes! If we can verify that your key is damaged, we will allow you to purchase a new USB key without also requiring you to purchase a new Isadora USB Key License.
Before contacting us, please follow all the steps in the support article My USB Key isn't recognized by my computer – What do I do? to make sure that the key really does not work.
If, after following those steps, you believe your USB Key is broken, or if you know you damaged the key in some way (by accidentally stepping on it, washing it, etc.), please contact us by creating a new support ticket. We will arrange for you to send the damaged key to our office so we can verify that your key is damaged.
